INDIVIDUAL COACHING SESSIONS

This coaching session consists of six (6) individual meetings. Each meeting lasts 50 minutes. Individual Coaching Sessions will focus on your personalized coaching plan. Your investment amount is $25.00 per meeting with a six (6) meeting minimum, for a total cost of $150.00 per Session.

TABLE TALK GROUP SESSION

This coaching session consists of four consecutive meetings, once a week for four weeks. Each month Table Talk Group Session focuses on a pre-selected topic and each week we discuss a different aspect of the selected topic. Your investment amount is $100.00 for the month. Seating is limited.
