HOW DOES LIFE COACHING WORK?

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM ME

Successful life coaching is a powerful, two way connection that requires intimacy, vulnerability, responsibility, and accountability. You can expect me to be relational in our connection, trustworthy in confidentiality, vulnerable when sharing out of my own experiences, honest in my coaching time with you and serious about accountability.

ENVIRONMENT

Because I coach out of my own experiences and growth, you can expect the coaching environment to be comfortable and safe. My office is a separate but extended part of my home. You can expect to be greeted with the same warmth and welcoming feeling coming into a meeting as you would if you were being welcomed into my home.

YOUR FIRST APPOINTMENT

During your first appointment, we will review your Client History form and discuss your personalized coaching plan. You can expect me to be on time, fully focused and ready to coach. You can expect me to be professional as well as relational and never judgmental. You can expect coffee, compassion, and a focused coaching strategy.

COACHING STYLE

My coaching is biblical and practical. It is my heart to walk with you through the hard places of life, help you gain an understanding of repeated life patterns and equip you with life-changing tools so you can grow in every area of your life. If you life coach with me, you can expect me to be in prayer for you and committed to your growth. I will walk with you for as long as it takes - so long as you are making the intentional efforts to walk forward.

ASSIGNMENTS & SELF CARE

During our coaching times you will often be given “homework assignments” to work on outside of our meetings. Homework assignments keep you focused and growing.  You can expect self-care tips and suggestions.  You can expect me to hold you accountable in completing those homework assignments, including follow-up on self-care suggestions.  You are important and need to care for yourself during this process.
